The George Washington University (GW) Multicultural Student Services Center (MSSC) offers a range of resources for the university community that supports the development of academic excellence, student persistence/retention, cultural competency, and a lifelong relationship with GW.

Academic resources include tutoring, mentoring, personal academic coaching, and outreach to students on warning and probation. The LGBTQIA+ Resource Center contains over 600 insightful books, magazines, DVDs, videos, and periodicals for students to access. Facility resources include reservable space, media team services, audiovisual equipment, and co-sponsorship funds to encourage student organization interactions across race, religion, and identity.

The MSSC training programs offer experiential and interactive diversity lessons that reinforce advanced diversity skills and awareness fundamentals.
