The George Washington University (GW) Multicultural Student Services Center (MSSC) offers a range of resources for the university community that support the development of academic excellence, student persistence/retention, cultural competency and a lifelong relationship with GW.

Academic resources include tutoring, mentoring, personal academic coaching and outreach to students on warning and probation. The LGBT Resource Center contains over 600 insightful books, magazines, DVDs, videos and periodicals for students to access. Facility resources include reservable space, media team services, audiovisual equipment and co-sponsorship funds to encourage student organization interactions across race, religion and identity.

The MSSC training programs offer experiential and interactive diversity lessons that reinforce fundamentals to advanced diversity skills and awareness.
