Reserve a Room

The MSSC has large conference rooms and lounge spaces and smaller conference, studying, and private rooms available. Rooms may be reserved during MSSC building hours (Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), excluding university holidays when the building is closed. Extended hours outside our regular business hours require 48 hours' notice to be approved and are subject to availability. Approval of space reservations is subject to availability and event purpose.

To make sure we can support you with staff coverage and proper set-up, we ask that all requests for after-hours or weekend reservations follow these guidelines:

Plan Ahead: Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance so we have time to prepare.
Staffing Matters: After-hours and weekend events require MSSC staff to be on site, so approval depends on staff availability.
How to Reserve: Use the MSSC space request links below to view room availability and submit your request. In case of issues with the booking system, please use our scheduling form instead. Please include details like the date, time, type of event, expected attendance, and any set-up needs.
Confirmation: Your reservation isn’t final until you get an email confirmation from MSSC staff.
