Reserve a Room

The MSSC has large conference rooms and lounge spaces and smaller conference, studying, and private rooms available. Rooms may be reserved during MSSC building hours (M- Th 9 am-7 pm and F 9 am-5 pm), excluding university holidays when the building is closed. Extended hours outside our regular business hours require 48 hours' notice to be approved and are subject to availability. Approval of space reservations is subject to availability and event purpose.

The second largest reservable space in the MSSC, ideal for large conferences and hosting events.

Mediation, Prayer & Reflection Room

Small interfaith space meant for contemplative practices. This space can be reserved in 30-minute increments.

Gallery Space

Open, semi-flexible gallery space for large-scale events and programs. This is the largest reservable space in the MSSC; however, the space does not have dividers.

The Studio

Media suite, including podcast equipment, two chairs, and a tv screen. Open for usage by approved MSSC students and organizations.

Private study room for group study. Includes 4 chairs, 1 round table, and a mobile whiteboard.
