With the theme being For Us By Us we have decided to emphasize the reflection on where we have come from while celebrating some amazing steps forward through people and interventions. People will have time to share why they choose this and how it has impacted their view on Black culture. With mentorship we are excited to showcase the power of working together to create something, the power of shared experiences and memories and the power of reflection of the past to pave the way for the future.
