Having lived in Zimbabwe, the UK, and now the USA, diversity has become a cornerstone of my values, teaching me the critical importance of inclusive environments. My role at the MSSC is fueled by a passion for bringing diverse perspectives together, a commitment highlighted by my semifinalist position in the 2024 John R. Lewis Racial Justice Case Competition. As an MBA student with a background in digital project management, operations management, and a BA in International Relations and Development Studies, I'm excited to blend my professional skills and leadership experiences from Rotary International's youth service clubs to enrich the MSSC's administration and communications, advocating for a community where everyone feels acknowledged and valued.
